I also occasionally attempt to express myself Musically
in our Little Music Group

                    While building on a Chord Book with reportoire
                    with music that I enjoy playing,
                    Learning from each other and

 

                    Taking Notes, 

Journaling etc. etc.

One of our members in our little music group
also did express himself Visually, and had drawn
a visual 'Story Board' that helped as a guide
for making a Music Composition.

It's also possible to have it in an other order
expressing the Music first
and than expressing it Visually

                              You Can also for example Express Yourself  

with the clothes that you wear 

and use it to Support the Messages in your Music....,

 

or like with for example a Dress with Music Notes on them

to help Support what you try to Express or to 

add something extra to your Perfomance etc. etc.
