Some time ago I was Journaling, Writing in my Music Journal, writing about, 

Breathing In & - Out 

in my Mouthorgan.

Read About One of My First JAM-Sessions, Playing on a JAMMED Mouth Organ !

Writing in my Music Journal, and, 

Talking about Catchy Songs, (and an entirely other Melody)....., 

I wrote about Breathing In & - Out, and that I (thought that I) created a Catchy Melody, 

on my Mouthorgan in my Thought also Singing, 

Breathing In, and Breating Out, 

Breating In & Out & In etc. etc. 

I thought it to be a Pretty Catchy Melody, only it did seem to Sound Somewhat Familiar,

Realising that it happened to be an already existing Melody from Status Quo.

For What Breathing 

In & - Out is Concerned...,

Breathing In & Out Excersises are also usually Part of the - Cooling Down - with the Nederland in Beweging Excersises.

BTW some time ago in a Podcast about Energy, I heared somebody telling about that 

when you focus on Breathing Out, it will offer you a Deeper Breating In.
