Great Music Listening, Laren Jazz 2010

Ten days ago I went to Laren Jazz 2010 a Jazzfestival that
I enjoyed very much. We went with a small group of people
first having diner in a nearby restaurant. Lucky enough
the temperature was good enough to sit outside and
also enjoy the sunshine while eating.

Some Time Ago I Received a Message About a Lifestream Concert from Caro Emerald

Many Artists are Looking at Ways to be able to Perform their Art, 

like Online Perfomances from OG3NE on YouTube, And also other kinds of Platforms, Lifestreams are emerging, 

While for Creating Our Designs we do have some rather Up-to-date usable Computer Equipment, I don't really already have something like a State of the Art MEDIA ROOM for Experiencing Online Performances on like I wrote about some time ago in a post titled: 

Yesterday on TV I Saw the MUSIC TV-Show The Best of Pop.....

Yesterday on TV I Saw the MUSIC TV-Show Titled: The Best of Pop  with a Special about Madonna In it there was also an interview with  (Caro Emerald)/The Jordan talking about things like Madonna's Influence, also singing one of (Caro's)/The Jordan's own recent (Highly Authentic) Songs, and amung others a Cover Song from Madonna titled - Human Nature - BTW this Tweet made me realise that we have Several of our Drinkware designs that also might do well when transfered to Expresso Mugs aswell !

With Lyrics saying things like: Express Yourself, don't Repress Yourself...., etc. I wonder if Madonna in her turn might have Possibly been Influenced/Inspired by the Song Express - from Dina Carroll...? (with also originally (in the earlier version) a Black & White Video Clip, only with a much different ~ Vibe ~ (a Happy Vibe) (BTW. sometime ago I discovered this Tweet...) Good morning! What Happened on the Happy Blogspot Blogs in 2011?

Strangely enough while I really love Music, on most of
the other blogs I actually have written a lot more posts
than on this Blog, like for example on hpshappywriting2.blogspot.com
I wrote about New Years Resolution like

I must have been living under a rock lately.

For people that read my little 'The Vision eBook' (see The Vision eBook) they know that years ago I have worked in the Music Business as a Creative Sales Support Employee so obviously I enjoy music. Not that I really write posts that frequent, so I don't use a specific editorial calender that I use to obligate myself to write a specific amount of posts each month or something like that. Not at all, because my posts are EXCLUSIVE!!!!

Don't think that anybody can argue with that :)

Some years ago I met a Singer, family of friends of mine. She sang in an all Woman Vocal Group, and had plans for going Solo. So since I had some experience in the Music Business she told me that she had a demo and was planning to work with a producer and was asking me questions about how to start up such things, and what would be good companies to work with etc. etc.

So somewhere in 2003 and 2004 we emailed a little back and forth about it, talked about it at a local concert, also saw her perform in a small theatre,
recognising evident talent. Than some times I heared some 'bits' and 'pieces' about her career from those friends of mine. Because of family circumstances and the exhausting concequences my life in general has been a little on the back burner for the last few years!, and lately also hardly looked at the Music Charts. So I haven't even noticed that July 6th the song titled Back it Up was released. And since probably at the peak of this songs success in the summer of 2009 I was relaxing in Spain, doing a lot of cooling down, swimming in the swimmingpool or being near the beach. (see News from the Canary Islands) I didn't know anything about any exploding successes! And although I do think that I must have heard it on the radio frequently - because I totally know the songs when I hear them - I didn't know it was her voice!

I must been living under a rock lately because I didn't even know anything about it and also didn't know that with her song titled: 'A Night Like This' she even had a Nr. 1 hit in the Single Top 100!

So just recently I heared about her breakthrough successes and on YouTube I saw her apperance in a Martini Commercial with the song titled: Back it Up

Here in a local Music Store I even saw her album: Deleted Scenes from the Cutting Room Floor on Nr. 1 in the Album Charge!.

Recently I looked at the Grammy Awards, and
Although - as you can read about

on the About Page -
It's not entirely uncommon for me to meet somebody famous...,

At the Grammy Awards you could see many really famous Artists,
those that you will not expect to frequently meet, or bump into
at your local Super Market.

So I didn't really expect to see many people
that I actually ever met at the Award Show.

'So you can imagine how surprised
I was to actually see several I had met amungst them!'

Because to my surprise when a Band called the Black Key's
came on stage I saw that they appreared together with an other Band Called the

Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

Since I do like Jazz Music
And like to Listen to Great Music

I actually met that particular Jazz Band yeeeears ago
on one of my many

Music Adventures when I
saw them perform in New Orleanse.

The record company I worked for had free tickets for me, and although the Stones where working with a different record company, At that time when they came to Europe for concerts, we did a 'Back Catelogue Campaign' selling old titles the record company still owned the rights to.

You probably have heard the

Sade & Rae

According to the weather forcast, there should be snow
and just looked outside and indeed apperently it has been snowing
because just moments ago I didn't see any snow at all.
So if I see snow I begin to think about other places
where people lie in the Sun at this very moment.

And somehow when I think about Sun the Beach or
late summer evenings I think of Smooth music from Sade
on the background. Also Corine Bailey Rae (also see: )
has a similar quality of having a kind of hypnotic voice
that brings you in a trance of ease and realaxation.
