a presentation about Using Photo Collages for Art Journaling as you know

I re-discovered the importance of making notes and a collection of Notes is someting like a Written Journal. 

Some time ago, when I looked at some Notes I made

I learned that your NR. 1 ASSET as a Creative Person is a Journal because it is helpful with getting more Self-awareness.

for quite some time 
As you can read in a previous blog post For some time I have Collected info about Songwriting and Some time ago in a Music Magazine, I read about a Songwriter (Bjork) that uses a Journal for getting Aware of Possible themes to write Songs about.
