Do You Know That I
Not Only - Listen - to Music, and that
I also Frequenly Actually PLAY...?
As you could read for example in my post
You know that besides frequently Making Music with my Litte Music Group playing on instruments like Piano, Guitar and Mouthorgan, I also occasionly paticipate in actual JAM-Sessions
As I also predicted to probably write about as mentioned
in a Previous Comming Soon Blog post....,
Do You Know that It Sometimes
Can Be Pretty Crowded..?
Only some time ago just around Christmas when I wanted to play, it was the same
nice and cosy atomosphere as always, only this time pretty crowded, with
a JAM-Packed Theatre as you can read about in my post
JAM-Sessions Sometimes Can Be Like Traffic JAMs, and I didn't play that evening.
This Time I Wasn't Really
Planning To Play
Just recently I went again with a few others that I know, only I wasn't really
in the mood to play, and also I didn't put my name on the list to play and also didn't even
take my Mouthorgan with me inside the Theatre, planning not to play. Only thought about
Looking at the other performances to be able to possibly Journal about it.

Thinking it would be just a relaxed evening of only listening to the other perfomances,
without having to worry about playing myself.
Just like other times it was a nice cosy atmosphere besides a little actual candle light, I also noticed that the Sound Engineer in the Back also Controlled the lights, and for example I noticed the lights dimming and shifting to little Spot-lights to mark when songs finished. This use of Lights did add something special to the performances. (also see my post A Perfomance I Recently Went to
with an actual somewhat Las Vegas type of Light Show)
I also had fun talking with friends about the Music, listening to the Music being perfomed, begun to feel more Relaxed, and occasionally wondering about some of the reportoire, that I like,

that I imagined that I might be able to play along with.
(talking about - Wondering -, like for example Music from Stevie Wonder)
Regretting Not Putting my Name
On the List to Play
The nice cosy atmosphere and the Music did get me back in the mood to play,
getting me back into a more fun and playful mood, making me regret that I
didn't put my name on the list to play.
As soon as I got this thought I heard on stage an apology about how last time
had been so crowded with so many players on the list, that not everybody
was able to play, ete. etc. and if I wanted to play this time. So eventually I went
outside of the theatre to get my Mouthorgan to play anyway.
The Audience
I also experienced a new developement, because while afterwards when I was talking
with friends about music and the perfomances, there actually where a few people
that have been sitting in the Audience that approached me
to thank me for my perfomance!
